Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Refunds cover the full purchase price, excluding original shipping fees, unless the product was defective

 

How to Request a Refund

To report an issue or request a refund:

  1. Email info@atelierportrait.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos if reporting damage or quality concerns
  4. Briefly describe the issue

Our support team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

 

Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Digital products remain non-refundable as stated above
  • Physical product refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • All digital portrait downloads
  • Physical products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Custom-framed items were damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned without prior authorization from our support team

You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
