Digital downloads
Digital portraits are available for instant download after purchase. There is no shipping and no shipping fee for digital downloads.
Prints and canvases
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price of our prints and canvases for the countries we deliver to. You will not pay a separate shipping fee at checkout.
Shipping times
Prints and canvases are made to order. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times.
- USA: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. During holiday periods, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.
- Canada: We estimate delivery within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase, and up to 5 weeks during peak holiday seasons.
- Other countries (where available): We estimate delivery within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase, and up to 5 weeks during peak holiday seasons.
Tracking your order
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number after 14 days, please email us at info@atelierportrait.com. Once you have a tracking number, your order usually arrives within a few days.
Important to note
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address.
- We cannot ship to military addresses.
- Changes to a shipping address must be requested within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us right away if you need a change.
- Once an order is placed, we cannot swap or edit the photos submitted with it.
